lanTV is a native macOS application designed for streaming live broadcasts, navigating interactive Electronic Programme Guides (EPG), and aggregating SiliconDust HDHomeRun network tuners and XMLTV feeds into a unified TV experience.
Built with SwiftUI, AVKit, and VLCKit, lanTV delivers instant hardware-accelerated playback for both modern HLS web streams and raw MPEG-TS broadcast feeds, detachable picture-in-picture floating windows, Touch ID channel protection, and an integrated local IPTV server to broadcast your lineups to Apple TV, VLC, or Kodi.

- Detachable Floating Player: Pop the video surface out into an always-on-top picture-in-picture floating window with custom aspect ratio scaling while you work.
- Touch ID Channel Protection: Lock sensitive or adult channels behind Touch ID or macOS passcode authentication. Channel names, numbers, and listings remain obscured until authenticated.
