Metrimeld
Your nutrition, your training, and your health vitals — pulled out of the separate apps they're scattered across and merged into one native Mac app, on your own machine.
Built as a real Mac app.
Private by Default
Metrimeld has no account and no server of its own. Every source you connect — Hevy, MyFitnessPal, Apple Health — syncs its history down into a single file on your own Mac. Nothing is uploaded to us, because there's no "us" to upload it to. Your data stays private unless you decide to share it: export a period as an image or a file, or turn on optional AI coaching with a key you provide. Nothing ever leaves your Mac unless you choose to send it.
Key Features
- Calendar: a month grid plus a 365-day consistency heatmap, showing food-logged-and-on-target days and training at a glance.
- Daily breakdown: totals vs. goals, macros, your full food log by meal, set-by-set training detail, health metrics for the day, and an anatomical muscle diagram for anything trained.
- Period Summary: any week or month, with macro breakdown, adherence, a calories-vs-target chart, exercise volume, and training and vitals trends. Share it as an image or a data file.
- Athlete Dashboard: weight trend, estimated maintenance calories, average protein per pound, and adherence in one reconciliation view.
- History views for nutrition, weight, exercise, and every health metric, per year and per metric, with rolling averages.
- Exercise browser and all-time PR board across your entire training history.
- Automatic insights that connect signals across nutrition, training, and vitals.
- Optional AI coaching: bring your own key for any OpenAI-compatible endpoint and get a written read on any period. Off by default.
Sync & Import
- Hevy: full workout history, pulled down and kept in sync automatically.
- MyFitnessPal: food diary, calorie and macro goals, and weight, pulled down and synced in the background.
- Apple Health: imported from a Health.md vault export or over its local push API — steps, resting heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, sleep, body composition, and more.
- Strong, FitNotes, and Fitbod CSV import for workout history you already have.
Every source above is a one-way pull into your own local file — Metrimeld reads your history down from wherever it already lives, once automatically per sync and once in full the first time you connect it. Nothing about your nutrition, training, or health data is ever sent back out.
Built for Your Data
- Your data lives in a single Metrimeld file on your Mac. Export it, import it, back it up, move it.
- Multiple athlete profiles, each its own file, switchable from the menu bar.
- Goals, per-day goal overrides, and dated notes alongside the numbers.
- A built-in MCP server, so Claude and other MCP clients can answer questions about your own training and nutrition history. Listens on this Mac only unless you choose otherwise, and is protected by a token either way.
Requirements
- macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or newer.
